The roses were a new one on me. She just asked what I'd do if I were let loose in the Danger Room, and I said "autotargeting Silly String cannons." Because everybody likes Silly String.

That's a shame. Life's a lot more fun when you can laugh at yourself--is for me, anyway, but maybe that's just because I do a lot of stuff that really needs to be laughed at.

Speaking of which, Alison, I sortakindathink one of my drumsticks is stuck in the acoustic padding in the music room. A little.

I can laugh at myself just fine.

Do you have idea how much it costs to _clean_ one of my uniforms? Custom leather blends, cooling gel, all of that? This silly-string stuff doesn't want to come out. And the _smell_ - I can't wear this until that scent comes out. Any idea when that is going to be?

Moira is going to kill me, and then assuming I survive I should kill you. It's only fair.

Huh. Now, that I might be able to do something about, if Alison used the recipe I gave her for the string. Try an 8% solution of vinegar in lemonade, and mix the lemonade a little sweet. Wipe it off with a regular cotton towel. I think that should do for the dye--again, though, the perfume was an after-market tweak, so I can't say either way on that part.

This seems to have worked.

However, my room is the most appalling mix of rose and lemon-scented.

It's really nauseating. Makes me want to install air-filters in my sinuses.

Sweaty palms and an energetic solo. A really energetic solo. I almost made a human pyramid to try and get it down, but then I figured, if I'd already hurled a drumstick, a human pyramid was just a sight gag waiting to happen.
